As Senior Manager of Compliance Operations for one of the largest physician-owned group practices in the country, Talisha operates at the intersection of strategy, ethics, and impact. Her academic journey reflects both depth and intention, with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Columbia College–Kansas City, a Master of Science in Justice Administration and Leadership from The University of Texas at Dallas, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Healthcare Compliance and Human Resource Law from the University of Southern California.
But what truly sets Talisha apart is her unwavering commitment to community. For more than a decade, she has been a fierce advocate for children and families — personally helping hundreds navigate systems, access essential resources, and find pathways to stability and care. She doesn’t just understand disparities, she actively works to dismantle them.
