Our mobile clinic is designed to increase access to high-quality maternal healthcare services, especially for underserved and under-resourced communities in Tarrant County. Services offered include pregnancy testing, prenatal care, postpartum support, and more. All services are delivered by our dedicated team of midwives and staff who center the needs of women and their families.

Our postpartum care services offer compassionate support and guidance for new parents as they navigate the challenges of the postpartum period. From physical recovery to emotional well-being, we're here to support you every step of the way.
Our full-service prenatal care includes regular check-ups, screenings, and personalized care plans to support you throughout your pregnancy journey. Our experienced healthcare team is dedicated to ensuring the health and well-being of you and your baby.
We know that things like having safe housing, healthy food, transportation, and support from your community can all affect your health during pregnancy. Because of this, we do more than just provide medical care. We make sure you have support in other areas of your life too. You can expect to get helpful information about community resources that may support you and your family.
The Abide Mobile Clinic is a mobile maternal health clinic that brings low-cost prenatal and postpartum care directly into historically overlooked neighborhoods across North Texas, specifically in Tarrant County. Our mission is to make high-quality, culturally competent care accessible in areas often referred to as maternity care deserts.

We welcome all birthing people, regardless of income, insurance status, immigration status, race, or background. We provide care for everyone who needs support during pregnancy or postpartum, with a focus on serving Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC).

Absolutely. The clinic is staffed by licensed midwives and trained professionals. Private exam rooms ensure confidentiality, dignity, and comfort throughout your visit. Your care is our mission—and we’re here because community matters.

Our mobile clinic offers many of the same services as our Easy Access Clinic, including:
—Pregnancy testing & letters of confirmation
—Prenatal visits
—Postpartum visits (up to 6 weeks)
—Blood pressure checks & monitoring
—Lab work
—Education & referrals
—Social support & community resource connections

Each visit costs $35, with additional fees for labs. We accept Medicaid for labs, and no one is turned away due to an inability to pay.

In addition to maternity care, we offer health education, emotional support, breastfeeding guidance, and help connecting to resources like WIC, housing support, mental health services, or insurance enrollment.
