2024 Annual Report

Our 2024 Annual Report reflects a year that stretched us, strengthened us, and positioned Abide for what comes next. It was a year of measurable impact, leadership growth, and intentional steps toward expanding access to compassionate, culturally affirming maternal healthcare

In 2024, we welcomed 178 new clients, a 40% increase from the previous year, and provided more than 1,000 clinical services through our Easy Access Clinic™

We supported 63 reported live births while maintaining a 5% preterm birth rate and a 3% low birthweight rate, both significantly lower than county averages

These outcomes are especially meaningful given that many of our clients faced barriers such as lack of insurance, food insecurity, unstable housing, and transportation challenges

Beyond clinical care, we invested in education and family support. We hosted 53 childbirth education classes and provided lactation support both in person and virtually, ensuring families felt informed and supported every step of the way

2024 was also a year of preparation. We introduced the Mobile Clinic initiative to expand access across the DFW metroplex, strengthened our leadership team, and laid the financial and strategic foundation for our future Birth and Collective Care Center

With $2.2 million in total revenue and a modest operating surplus, we remained financially steady while investing in growth

Most importantly, 2024 was about trust. Families continued to choose Abide. Partners continued to believe in our mission. And together, we built momentum toward a future where equitable, judgment-free maternal healthcare is not the exception, but the standard.
