2025 Annual Report

The 2025 Annual Report highlights not only growth in numbers, but growth in trust, access, and impact.

Unveiling Our 2025 Achievements: Rooted in Community. Invested in Care.

Our 2025 Annual Report reflects a year of bold expansion, measurable outcomes, and deepened community trust. Titled Rooted in Community. Invested in Care., this report captures how Abide Women’s Health Services strengthened access to equitable, culturally grounded maternal healthcare across North Texas

A Year of Growth, Access, and Measurable Impact

In 2025, Abide expanded care across 12 counties throughout the DFW metroplex, providing 1,274 clinical services and supporting 231 new clients

With 623 prenatal appointments across all trimesters and the launch of two new programs—the Mobile Clinic and Abide at Home—our model of relationship-based, midwifery-led care reached families facing transportation, insurance, and systemic barriers

Birth outcomes continued to outperform county benchmarks. Abide maintained a preterm birth rate of approximately 5% compared to Dallas County’s 9.7%, and reduced low birthweight to 4% compared to the county’s 8.5%

Among clients served, 78% initiated breastfeeding, and 95 live births were reported, demonstrating the strength of continuous, comprehensive prenatal support

Programs That Advanced Birth Equity

2025 marked the official launch of Abide at Home, welcoming its first home birth in July and quickly booking through July 2026 due to strong community demand

Built with sustainable billing and compliance systems from the outset, the program offers safe, personalized birth in familiar environments while expanding employment pathways for midwives and birthworkers of color

The Mobile Clinic also launched in August 2025 in partnership with trusted community organizations, transforming a vehicle into a fully equipped medical office serving families in Tarrant County

Demand has continued to exceed capacity, underscoring both need and trust in Abide’s care model

Education remained central to our work. In 2025, Abide hosted 30 childbirth education classes serving 418 participants, including new Spanish-language offerings that increased first-time participation by 28.6%

Community Power and Volunteer Impact

Our work is sustained by community. In 2025, 44 volunteers contributed 300 hours of service across clinic operations, outreach, and education efforts

Their presence expanded our reach and strengthened our ecosystem of care.

Financial Stewardship and Sustainability

Despite funding shifts and the restricted nature of several awards, Abide generated $1,796,846 in revenue and remained committed to program delivery and long-term sustainability

With total assets of $2,694,259 and continued investment in infrastructure, staffing, and systems, the organization maintained steady financial stewardship while navigating a complex funding landscape

The 2025 Annual Report highlights not only growth in numbers, but growth in trust, access, and impact. From client stories of feeling “loved, seen, and heard”
